About

I am a Clinical Psychologist, working with adults, in private practice via telehealth (video call or telephone - Australia wide) and in person in the Melbourne suburb of Eltham. My approach is gentle, positive, open minded and holistic. The practice aims to offer a safe, respectful and non-judgmental space to talk through private concerns and help identify strategies for improved well-being.

I am trained in a range of scientifically supported therapies including Schema Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I am a Board Approved Supervisor and offer supervision for graduate psychologists.
